[X Newbies] Mail Rules

Actually, it's more the size of individual mailboxes rather than the 
total number of mailboxes that can impact performance. And the number 
of mailboxes wouldn't impact rule performance, it would mostly impact 
how long it takes to open the mailbox when you click on it.
