[X-Newbies] LDAP ISSUE

I am trying to set up LDAP on MAC MAIL program.
We are serving LDAP off our WINDOWS active directory server (LDAP runs off as a service from active directory).

We have Excahnge 2000 for our email server.

We have tried EVERY BASE DN and Host name combination (copied from some universities also). We can't get the LDAP to work.

any suggestion would be appreciated.
