[X-Newbies] Deleting files on a PC server

Hi all,

I have a user who has a G5 OS 10.3.5.  She connects to a NT4.0 server for
file storage.  This works fine for the most part.  However, when she
attempts to delete certain folders she gets an error message stating that
she does not have sufficient privileges to do this.  The weird thing is that
if she logs into a Windows box and attempts to delete the same folder she
has no problem doing this.  

I have duplicated this on my mac using an administrator level account and
get the same error messages.  

Does anyone have any ideas?
