[X-Newbies] Problems setting up an online banking account

It appears not to Safari as I did try FireFox and that to did not work. 
I log in with my account number and password just as the bank told 
instructed but the next screen which comes up states —

Log In did not complete for the following reason(s):
               Log In Information Is Missing Or Invalid (which is 
followed by a long string of numbers in parentheses)

Again, thank you. I guess I will have to go to the bank to find out 
what the problem is as they say they are able to log in using the info 
they gave me and that I use.
