[X-Newbies] Exporting "AOL Address book"

Hello team,

I finally got DSL at home (with Verizon).  I am using  the mail 
Software from the MAC to manage my mail.  I am trying to export my long 
AOL address book into my  Address Book software in order not to have to 
re-enter the whole thing.  AOL is no help at all.

Is it possible and how?

I have a MAC G5 OS 10.3.5
