[X-Newbies] Administration of Condo's

Greetings from Spain

Does anyone know of a software application (freeware or shareware preferred
- naturally) with which I can administer a group of condominiums. It it had
the option to produce notifications re debts, etc. in Spanish as well as
English (American) that would be great, as well as the ability to change
currency, but we could get over that by adding a note saying dollars equals
euros.

Hope someone can point me in a direction
