Go to the Network Preference Pane. Click on your active network location (probably Automatic, as this is the default location). Click the Configure... button at the bottom left. You will see a popup menu labeled "Show". Make sure "Internal Modem" is selected. Then click on the PPP tab. You can enter your primary and secondary phone numbers in the dialog box.
