(1) Consult an oculist or an ophthalmologist without delay.

(2) Assuming your tracks are tagged to your satisfaction, iTunes > 
Preferences > Advanced > Keep iTunes Music folder organized. Then add a 
new track to your library; iTunes should take care of the rest.
