[X-Newbies] Default account in Mail (Tiger)?

Hi again,

I am having a little argument with Mail (Tiger) about who is master. I
recently added a trial .Mac account to Mail and now from time to time,
when I open a new message, Mail has started to randomize which e-mail
account is default. I know that I can just not enable the .Mac account
in my Mail prefs, but then where would the trial be??? How do I show
Mail who is master?
