[X-Newbies] pausing text to speech

	When having the computer speak text, is there a way to make it pause?

	I love using this feature for proofreading.  I hear mistakes that my  
eye doesn't pick up.  When I want to make a change, however, I have  
to stop the speech, make the change, highlight the rest of the  
document, and start the computer speaking again.  Seems like it  
should be easier.
