I don't think so, at least not legally. According to this...

...it's an Apple-provided font, so anyone offering it for download  
would be doing so illegally, I think.

You should be able to find it on the OS 9 installer CD, though -- not  
sure how things are compressed on that, but just copy the files over,  
expand them, and root out the font.
