[X-Newbies] Receiving email

She probably will have to do this if we can't figure out what the  
problem is.  I use the same ISP (Cox Cable) and have had no  
problems.  Service, when requested, has been ok for me. Evidently she  
ran across a less than helpful technician.

I really can't give any more detail other than that she can't receive  
email. Will contact the local Mac Users Group and see if I can get  
some help.
