Depending on your future business needs, wordpress is great. I personally use Drupal. Several large sites employ it and it is fairly easy to use and customize. Supports blogging, news articles, multiple users, and multi-domain hosting. Has built-in image support, and integrates well with 3rd party gallery software, like Gallery2. Wing.
