[X-Newbies] WD Hard Drive worth getting?

Rumor has it that Target will have a 1 T Western Digital hard drive on  
sale for $60 on Friday. (Regular price is $100, I think.)
Assuming that this is true: Is this a decent hard drive and worth  
getting at that price, or would I be better off spending a bit more to  
get something better?
