[X-Newbies] web videos

Earlier versions of Safari if there was a quicktime movie on a web  
page you could hold down the control key and one could save the video.  
Now if you hold down the control you get back/reload page or open in  
dashboard. Is there a way to save these videos on ones computer. I  
take it that if you open in dashboard it on your computer but I really  
don't want it there. How do I go back to saving the video onto my  
computer? Thanks in advance. Bob
