[X Servers] Broken php with 10.2.4 update, grrr

And is now working again. I commented out the other custom stuff I had (a couple of listen directives and a virtualhost section for a ports based vhost) and things worked to I added back in the listen's and it still worked, then the virtualhost (with the exception of the servername line, which bore no resemblance to my current servername), and it still worked after restarting Apache.

Hard to see why it hadn't broken before!

Oh well, all's well that ends well.
