[X Servers] Update Admin Tools failed on 10.2.3 client

Your server should be at 10.2.3 to run the 10.2.3 Admin Utilities.
I'd suggest sticking the 10.2 Admin CD shipped to you and installing 
the Admin tools again -- then try the update.
