[X-Servers] Servermanagerserver on 10.2.x server

I have a similar problem with 10.3, only it's the process GETTY. As with
servermanager, it requires a reboot -- in fact, the Xserve occasionally
reboots itself spontaneously. I have seen GETTY take up well over 100% of
CPU time (on a dual processor Xserve).

Anyone seen this? Any clues?
