mail.app and clamav?

Hello,

I'm using an ibook (10.2.8) and would like to find a way to have 
mail.app pass mail through clamav - antivirus scanner.  Is this 
possible?  I pop mail from three different servers over which I have no 
control.  I use clamav on my fedora box with the sylpheed-claws mail 
client - they appear to work well together - and am hoping that 
mail.app and clamav can get along as well.

Any suggestions and/or alternative suggestions welcome - I'm not really 
interested in replacing mail.app.
