[X-Unix] Removing .ds_store ?

find . -name \.DS_Store
will list them...
find . -name \.DS_Store -exec rm {} \;
will remove them
Put that in a cron script.
However, if you have any significant number of files on the system you
will cause a much greater impact scanning the system every few hours
than the files will cause.
What do you think you are accomplishing by erasing them every couple of
hours?
