[X-Unix] Hex converters ? Keyboards commands ?

Here one for you UNIX Guru's

Hex: EB 
Hex: 14
Hex: 5C

I am looking for the each of these hex codes, to be converted into
keyboard commands, so in turn I could press a couple of keys, to get 
each of these Hex codes.

i.e ( Hex: B2 = command shit U ) ( I know this is wrong ) just giving 
you a example.
