[X-Unix] >console login problems

Hi Justin,
Did you receive a solution to your console login. I get the same thing when
I use it. As soon as I try to type at the prompt, or login, it fades to a
blue screen.

I had never tried using >console to get a classic unix login prompt
before today's discussion on networking. When I did it, though, i only
saw the console for about a second before it faded into an aqua blue
screen and the only way I could get out was to do a hard reboot. Anyone
know why?
