Sure, & I'm an advocate of routine use of signing & encryption, what 
I'm proposing is that signing isn't necessary on *this* list. BTW I 
personally don't have a problem with the sig attachments, I'm simply 
putting ideas that may address the concerns of listers who do.

In which case wouldn't it make more sense *not* to use attachments on 
that account?
