   I've recently moved to Samoa as a peace corps volunteer to teach. I've run =
   into
   what I belive is a routing issue. I'm getting internet access from the
   university where I'm working, and I'd like to connect to a computer in my
   research group from grad school. When I try to traceroute there it gets hun=
   g up
   at the ipaddress below:

You need to talk with the University's network people.
