[X-Unix] Disable user accounts?

With Tiger, getting rid of a user account is simple, complete (it 
appears) and fast. Go to "Accounts" in System Preferences, click on 
the authorization button, enter your admin pw, select the account in 
the list above the 'auth' button, hit the (-) minus/hyphen symbol: 
Gone.
