Leopard has introduced some new fire/directory metadata ("ls -la" shows some of these changes by the appearance of an "@" item at the end of the permissions strings for files with metadata). Inferring how this might impact the use of rsync from leopard<- >leopard or leapord<->tiger is waaaay beyond my pay grade. Richard
