If you live near a brick-and-mortar Apple Store, you can walk in and 
get one.  Otherwise, try the Apple Store online.  If you refuse to pay 
sales tax, try the normal mail order folks (MacMall, Macwarehouse, 
Macconnection, Smalldog, OtherWorldComputing, etc).
