applejack will flush all the pesky cache folders that are effecting 
many people applying the 10.3.5 update to workstations and servers 
(including me and some of my clients). install it and run this 
command:

	applejack auto reboot

...it'll run through all the cleanup steps (minus repairPermissions 
which is disabled under panther at this point and time) and will 
reboot.
