I've got the same machine and just regular PC 100 RAM works fine. I think
it's getting quite cheap now too. You don't need the low profile RAM really,
I've got a stick of that in mine but the rest is regular RAM. The power
supply will lower on top the RAM but you can close the lid just fine it's a
little tight but don't worry. Just for piece of mind I put a bit of black
electrical tape on the top of RAM that contacts the lid but I ran my machine
for years without it with no problems.
