Hi, just to add : I call on a regular basis skype users (Girlfriend, family, friends) in Geneva (Switzerland) from the bay area. Until now, I found this is the best solution for voice conferencing with mixed clients (PC, Mac). The sound is clear, easy to understand even with people with a poor connection. It is also quite impressing when you actually do a conference with several persons at different locations. Saves me a llllooooootttt of money.
