Sharing an OSX Work partition with PC

Hi all,

Our IT Dept has just given us a PC to stick on our network to become a 
dedicated FTP Client (for us to use for upload/download of workfiles).

On each of our OSX work stations we have a startup partition and a 
dedicated work partition. I have turned on Windows sharing on the Mac but 
I can only see the home directory from the PC (located on Startup).

How do I get the PC to be able to see the Work drive?
