Yes.
I have an old PeeCee I keep around the house mainly because of AutoCAD, 
but also to mess around with.
A couple months ago I put a TV tuner card in it for fun.
The store had over a dozen to choose from, in stock & on the shelf. I 
don't think any were over $100.
I chose the Hauppage card without FM tuner - $39.95.
