[X4U] 30" and FCP

I got a message from the LAFCPUG in which they don't know it also.  
Apple is vague in this.  Does someone know a person with a 30" Cinema 
monitor and does also FCP?

The Apple message is:

Uncompressed HD video editing is not supported if you are using one or 
more Apple 30" Cinema Displays with your Power Mac G5. Because of the 
power requirements of the Apple NVIDIA GeForce 6800 Ultra video card, 
the other PCI cards required for uncompressed HD video editing may not 
be accommodated.
