[X4U] Cable vs. DSL

it has to be a "verizon hot-spot" phone. there are many of them 
sprinkled all over manhattan. if you sit in bryant park, city hall 
park or battery park, you can get on the verizon wifi network (if 
you're a verizon customer) or the nycwireless (open to everyone).
