[X4U] MS-DOS disk support / unmount

Hello everyone,
I just noticed MS-DOS disk support has been (kind of) removed from OS-X. I
have a MS-DOS formatted firewire drive and at first I thought i'd wouldn't
mount at all. Then I tried to reformat it using disk utility but noticed
that it can't format MS-DOS anymore. It turned out that the drive did
actually mount (i found it in /Volumes) and I could use it, but don't know
how to unmount it ... So the actual question is, how do I unmount a drive
that doesn't show up in the finder?
