[X4U] convert audio format:CCITT G.726 32 Kbps (4 bits ADPCM, 8 kHz)

I'd like to convert this audio format ( CCITT G.726 32 Kbps (4 bits 
ADPCM, 8 kHz)) to any supported format on the mac (possibly mp3).
Does anybody know a way to do this?
