Setup Assistant is located in the Utilities folder IF your computer is relatively new. I believe all G5s have the program. When starting your G5 for the first time, it will ask you during the setup process if you have another computer you'd like to transfer settings from. This is when you would start up your G4 PB in FireWire Target Disk Mode and connect it to your G5. Since the Setup Assistant application resides in the Utilities folder, I presume you can launch it at any time and use it in a similar fashion.
