[X4U] Photoshop - Rotating image scrambles image

Imagine taking a very large image and cutting it into pieces 
horizontally, then jumble those pieces.  That's what happens when I 
try to rotate the image.  Yet under Photoshop 7 there is no problem, 
I'm just glad I hadn't deleted Photoshop 7!
