[X4U] Restricting access

To all, 

I would sincerely appreciate any input/advice you all can provide regarding
restricting access through Airport Extreme/firewall, etc.

My current setup is cable modem -> airport extreme -> wireless to iMac
desktop, powerbook and ibook.  I would like to set-up a system that serves 2
purposes:
1) restrict/ban instant messaging during certain hours
2) track websites visited
