[X4U] FIFO Keep arranged by option

I tend to keep my desktop pretty clean, but sometimes I end up with a 
lot of stuff there.  I would love a "FIFO" "keep arranged by" option. 
That is, when I add a new item to my desktop, it would be added to the 
end.  When I remove something from the desktop, all the items would 
shift up.  Is there some way to do this?
