It is almost certainly a hoax.  Most of the site's links, including to 
the download of the software, don't work.  80% speed of a G4 emulated on 
an Intel processor is just about impossible to believe.  And...someone 
who lives in Maui has reported that the offices of this company are empty 
and appear as if they are being used by a furniture company.

There is an open source project to run OS X on Intel: PearPC.  They have 
achieved, at best, 10% speed, and so far the software is lucky to be able 
to boot.
