[X4U] How to Fast User Switching without losing wireless connection?

When using airport how is it possible to switch users without losing 
your wireless connection?

At the moment whenever I switch the connection is disconnected and the 
other user needs to reconnect.

If that person has the network password in their keychain then they 
should be able to maintain the connection and should they wish to 
connect to another network they should be able to specify that in their 
own network preferences.
