[X4U] multifunction printers

I don't know about the "best", but I've been moderately pleased with my 
HP OfficeJet d145 that does all the functions you require.  HP had some 
driver software problems when it first came out, but it's pretty solid 
now, and it's easily networked.  The current version of the printer is 
the HP OfficeJet 1730, and there's also a lower cost version called the 
6110.  YMMV.
