Paul, there is a contact, I know because I used it when a download was 
corrupted.  Apple told me to download again, still corrupted.  They 
refunded my payment.  Turns out the corruption was in the recording, 
not the download.

Please look under Help/Music Store Customer Service.  Good luck.
