[X4U] Receipts

The receipts file is a holdover from the NeXT days.  DO NOT DELETE 
them.  I did so on a NeXT box as part of my learning curve.  It was one 
of the expensive errors.  I finally ended up nuking the system and doing 
a complete rebuild of os and all apps.
