[X4U] Automatic downloads

Has anyone else seen this problem:

I hit a page with  some ad.
Suddenly I get a download file named like this:

2004.09.16.19.54.20

Which appears in the activity window as:

http://view.atdmt.com/RIS/iview/nwyrkhdr00100002ris/direct/012004.09.16.19.5
4.20?click=

When I open the file with BBedit  I get:

RTSP/1.0 400 Bad Request
Server: QTSS/4.1.1 (Build/412.38; Platform/MacOSX)
Cseq: 
Connection: Close

Now I do have a QTSS running on my machine but it has never intercepted a
weblink before. 

Any ideas?
