[X4U] Toast question/problem

I have what is supposed to be an application in disk image format, 
but I can't open/mount it with Toast 6.
The icon is a dog-eared page with a disk in the center and a blue 
"HFS"" offset at the top left. In Get Info, kind is given as "hlmg". 
No application is suggested for opening, even though it has .toast as 
extension.  If I try to open it in Toast, Toast says it doesn't 
recognize the format, and if I tell it to open anyway, it lists it as 
CD-ROM XA and mounts it as an Audio CD.
Any suggestions?
