If using oSEx, you have the option of ripping by Title (the whole 
thing), or ripping by Chapter (which the songs on a music DVD are 
usually divided into). If ripping by Chapter, the breaks will come 
through. Further editing may be necessary, depending on your needs. For 
editing the .ac3 file, you can use QT Pro, or convert to MP3 and use 
another MP3 editing tool.
