I've had a zoom command (mac+shift+z) and it seems to occasionally vanish 
from the preference.

Also, MSWord ("Zoom..." Not "Zoom") doesn't seem to notice custom keyboard 
commands until the menu is opened (i.e. Click on view menu item and 
suddenly it works.)
