[X4U] window placement

	I would like to teach my Mac to be a little neater.  People here are 
probably smart enough to tell me how to do it.

	When windows open, they usually cascade.  I would like to have each 
new window open evenly on top of an already open window, flush left, 
and snug up to the menu bar or tool bar.  Is there a way to instruct 
the computer to do this?

	I'm running OS X 10.3.8.
